Open enrollment for 2026 benefits has ended.
Watch this space for information on October 2026 open enrollment for 2027 benefits.
We are aware of Providence’s decision to stop offering medical plans in 2027. PEBB and UO will share updates on 2027 plan options as details become available.
If you did not complete open enrollment between October 1 and October 31, 2025:
- Your current medical, dental and vision coverages will stay the same for 2026.
- PEBB surcharges for tobacco use and double coverage will be deducted from your paycheck throughout 2026.
- You will not be able to have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) even if you have one this year.
- If you currently opt out of medical coverage, your opt-out benefits will end Dec. 31, 2025.
