- Academic titles and faculty appointments are named using the employee's academic rank.
- Departments are free to add descriptors to these titles, but the rank should remain. Department names or information that is in their timesheet org will continue to not be included.
- Certain appointments will also require certain qualifiers be include in the job title. These include the following types: Courtesy; Emeritus/Emerita; Pro Tem; Visiting
